Influencer Specialist

Location - Hyderabad ( H4 building, CTS office )

Work type - Work from office

( might be one shift only, however associate need to be ready for 24/7 support )

Qualification Educational Requirement • Graduate or Postgraduate

Detailed Role & Responsibilities : -

• On-board, educate engage, and support emerging & established creator/ influencer with a view to assist them in engaging with their community across our major language markets, around specific creator acquisition, scalable community communications, campaign management, and scaled support related matters.
• Overtime work with project to establish and execute a scalable model that is optimized to support the growth of creators on the platform.
• Have extremely effective communication and social skill across respective language and ability to persuade creators
• Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment by staying updated with all the policies changes
• Effective dissemination of policy changes and updates in a timely and efficient manner. • Ensure process is followed in accordance to required standards.
• Act as mentor if situation demands.
• Work as an active team member

Experience: -

Minimum 1+ years of prior experience with similar skillset

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English is a must (involves connecting on calls as required)

Must have good knowledge MS-office

Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within team environment

Quick learning and understanding of Policies

Excellent Analytical skills with independent decision making ability
