Manastu Space - Marketing Specialist (2-8 yrs)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Marketing Specialist/Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, executing, and analyzing comprehensive social media campaigns, incorporating graphic design and digital marketing elements. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing our online presence, brand awareness, and overall digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

- Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Assist in organizing and promoting events, including webinars, workshops, and industry conferences, to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely posting.

- Analyze user engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing audience interaction.

- Track key performance metrics using social media analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports with optimization recommendations.

- Participate in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising initiatives.

- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Qualifications :

- 2-6 year of Experience bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for professional purposes.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when necessary.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
