About the Job:
- We are seeking a seasoned and driven Business Analyst (Product Owner) to join our growing team.
- This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of our products by acting as the crucial link between business stakeholders and our development teams.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product backlog items.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and other backlog items.
- Conduct backlog grooming sessions to ensure the development team has a clear understanding of requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and clarification on requirements.
- Ensure that the development team understands the "why" behind the product features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders and the development team.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
- Create detailed and accurate documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure that developed features meet those criteria.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality.
- Ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality.
- Monitor product performance and track key metrics.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate product progress and performance to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in Agile environments.
Methodologies: Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
Documentation: Exceptional ability to create detailed and clear documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes and technical constraints.
Tools: Proficiency with Agile and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
- Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Good to have:
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Experience in leading a small team and mentoring junior analysts.
