Experience and Core Responsibilities :
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Serve as scrum master for 1-3 distributed agile teams
- Facilitate team ceremonies and meetings, such as daily stand up, sprint planning, retrospectives,etc
- Administer planning tools like Jira
- Work with engineering leads to embed time tracking, reporting, and other metrics into daily team processes
- Create a culture of continuous evaluation and iteration of agile processes
- Improve communication with partners, stakeholders, and other teams at company
- Should have hands on experience into PM, able to run projects with team
- Develop key project goals and work collaboratively with internal and cross functional teams to achieve project goals in a timely and effective manner
- Understanding Client requirements, Analyzing project requirements, Project planning, Risk identification & Mitigation, Resource estimation and Budgetary needs
- Promote internal and external communication to improve transparency, help radiate information, and remove roadblocks.
- Provide clear direction to internal teams, setting expectations and due dates for deliverables.
- Lead meetings to detail project milestones, brainstorm ideas and determine appropriate techniques to manage tasks, prioritize the product backlog.
- Involved in Release planning
- Facilitate Scrum Team Success
- Own the Agile process; Help educate the team on Agile process issues
- Ensures excellent retrospectives are run by the team
- Work with the Product Owner to make sure User Stories are accepted
- Facilitates and insures the removal of any obstacles by the team
Must have :
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
- Experience with Jira
- Professional qualification in project management
- Experience in PMP
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
- Expert level understanding of standard agile practices
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of planning tools.
- Self-starter, able to work in new and undefined environments with ease.
- Passion for optimizing processes and eliminating waste.
- Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.

- Can work in teams and take instruction from a variety of people.
- Polite and approachable manner when liaising with people both internally and externally.
- Show a willingness to listen and learn.
