About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our team, focusing on Capital Markets, Retail Banking, and Digital Banking.
- This role will blend business analysis with project management expertise to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful implementation of projects across these sectors.
- You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technology departments to drive business growth and ensure the seamless delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze current business processes in Capital Markets, Retail Banking, and Digital Banking to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Solution Design & Validation:
- Develop and validate business cases, process flows, and technical requirements to ensure they meet business needs.
- Work with technical teams to design and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and meet regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Work with QA teams to define test cases, manage UAT, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives in Capital Markets, Retail Banking, and Digital Banking.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and on budget.
Cross-functional Team Leadership:
- Manage cross-functional teams including IT, business, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly update senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, key milestones, and potential roadblocks.
Change Management:
- Ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems within the organization by working with change management teams and developing communication strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, Agile) is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, specifically within Capital Markets, Retail Banking, and Digital Banking sectors.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, banking processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello), and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
