Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hospitality and manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities.

• Manufacturing site experience is mandatory
  
• Manage food costing, general management, hotel operations, restaurant management, and F&B services.
  
• Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the site.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in account management, daily operations, food costing, general management, hospitality industry (hotels/restaurants), manufacturing operations or restaurant management.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Strong understanding of budgeting principles and ability to analyze financial data effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
