We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to manage our VIP Lounge Area in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the VIP Lounge Area, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service

- Greet and welcome VIP guests, handling their queries and requests efficiently

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery

- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

- Ensure the lounge area is immaculately maintained, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities

- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
