Order To Cash Analyst

Role & responsibilities

As a Billing Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely billing for the organization. You will handle SAP data maintenance, customer service inquiries, UFS audit and error handling, as well as provide support for other billing-related activities. Your attention to detail, knowledge of billing processes and systems, and ability to resolve issues efficiently will be key to your success in this role.

Manual billing and Manual invoice support

• Handle manual billing processes for exceptional cases that cannot be automated.
• Provide additional supporting documents for manual invoicing when the standard reports are not sufficient.

Credit note & Support

• Handle manual credit notes processes for exceptional cases that cannot be automated.
• Provide additional supporting documents for manual Credit note when the standard reports are not sufficient.

Customer service related to Billing & Credit note.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to Billing & Credit note, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Assist customers in understanding billing details, rates, and contract information.

SAP Data Maintenance related to Billing.

• Ensuring Maintenance of material codes, billing dates, rates, contract descriptions, settlement timing, and invoice mapping in the SAP system by contract team.
• Ensure data accuracy and make necessary updates to support the billing process.

Other Support

• Run reports to identify expiring contracts and notify relevant parties.
• Assist with Fiori sales accrual process.

Provide support for CRS (Customer Relationship System

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing or a similar financial role.
• Flexible in working in US shift timing (4.30 PM to 1.30 AM)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, systems, high radius and SAP.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to handle and resolve billing-related issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with UFS and experience in conducting audits is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
