Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including billing, cash applications, and collections.
  
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• Resolve disputes related to invoices and payments through effective dispute management.
  
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances for prompt payment discounts.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in Accounts Receivable system.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Order to Cash process or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of OTC processes, including billing, cash applications, and collections.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Night shifts flexibility is mandatory for this role
