Transition Manager

Role & responsibilities

Key Purpose of this role is to:

• Process transition manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the transition of processes and functions within an organization.

Will ensure that transitions are smooth and effective by developing transition plans and strategies, Collaborating with stakeholders, Ensuring teams follow standard operating procedures, Accurately transferring information, and Acting as a liaison between project managers and clients.

• The incumbent will be Leading and overseeing transitions and change initiatives within an organization
• Will be developing comprehensive transition plans & strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition process

Main Assignments -

• Creating and executing detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise
• Communicating changes to relevant stakeholders and managing resistance effectively.
• Providing training and support to staff during transition periods.
• Working closely with center head on Budget, Variance and Business cases.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; project management certification is a plus
• Experience: 8 + year Previous relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing organizational transitions or change initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Exposure to PowerBI reporting will be advantageous
• Rigorous and reliable in your work, ability to respect deadlines and handle confidential information
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong team and service spirit
