Role Overview:.

- We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager GBS - Operational Excellence & Business Transformation who will play a pivotal role in steering transitions, operations excellence, training programs to lead and oversee key transformation initiatives within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

- This leadership role will drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and the successful integration of new business functions while focusing on providing best-in-class training experience, laser focus on automation, process efficiencies, and change management to support the organization's global growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:.

Strategic Leadership:.

- Provide unified leadership and functional oversight across critical business functions, including Quote, Product Data and Supplier Ops.

- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to align operational goals with organizational objectives.

Transformation & Transition Management:.

- Lead global transformation initiatives, managing the integration of new processes, tools, and functions into the GBS framework.

- Serve as the single point of contact for transitions, ensuring seamless collaboration with US and regional teams.

- Develop and execute robust transition plans to ensure smooth onboarding of new functions and processes.

Operational Excellence:.

- Streamline operations across business support functions to improve SLAs, reduce turnaround times, and enhance productivity.

- Design scalable processes to accommodate growing business demands and expansion initiatives.

Automation & Innovation:.

- Identify and drive automation opportunities to optimize workflows and improve cost efficiency.

- Work closely in partnership with Technology leaders to foster collaboration and ensure successful implementation of tools and technologies in the roadmap for GBS.

- Leverage digital tools and technologies to transform and modernize business operations.
