Job Description
Role Summary:.
- The Lead Finance Operations (AR) will manage day-to-day AR activities, ensure adherence to SLAs, and act as a point of escalation for the team.
- This role also involves collaboration with the Manager to deliver business goals and support process transitions.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Handle daily AR operations, including invoice generation, collections follow-ups, and dispute resolution.
- Supervise and support AR associates to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare AR reports, including aging analysis and DSO trends, for review by senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive resolution of process gaps.
- Train team members on Oracle ERP functionality and process compliance.
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
