Arahas - Manager - Finance & Accounts (5-10 yrs)

We are hiring for Finance and Accounts Manager at Arahas based out of Gurugram with 5-10 years of experience to lead the finance and accounts function. This is a critical role, and candidates who can join within a month will be given preference. The candidate should have strong experience in financial reporting, audits, cash flow management, tax compliance, and proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and finalization of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- Manage monthly P&L closure, financial reporting, and analysis.

- Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.

- Oversee cash flow management, financial projections, and working capital requirements.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.

- Supervise the finalization of the balance sheet and account reconciliations.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

- Liaise with banks for transactions, fund management, and resolving banking issues.

Qualifications:

- CA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including expertise in financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.

- Strong proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.

- Experience in managing a team

- Candidate who can join within a month will be preferred.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
