Senior Manager - Strategy & Program Management - Captive Unit - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (8-14 yrs)

They have set up a Captive in Hyderabad and aim to scale up rapidly.

The role is part of the Country Head's office and reports to a Director who reports to the Country Head.

The client works hybrid - 2 days in office and 3 days from home,

Key Result Areas

- Drive Strategic Initiatives - Own, plan, and implement site wide programs and change initiatives

- Monitor Progress - Track the delivery of program objectives and benefits, taking proactive steps to ensure successful outcomes

- Transition Management: Oversee smooth business transitions, ensuring changes are seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations while maintaining business continuity.

- Reporting & Insights: Provide clear and insightful progress reports, flagging risks and issues to ensure transparency and drive informed decision-making.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to deliver tangible, impactful change.

Person Profile

- MBA from premier institute with 8-14 years experience

- Ideally worked in the Strategy & Program Management team of a GCC

- Technology Consulting experience is a must

- Communication skills need to be exceptional

- Excellent Leadership & Stakeholder Management skills
