Job Description
- Maintaining client relationship.
- Oversee final creative production ensure proper QC.
- Evaluating client appetite and create upsell/cross selling opportunities.
- Strategize jointly with other teams for large campaigns.
- Operational Work (Posting, Report Analysis.
- Engage in smart negotiations with clients in terms of budgets, timelines and deliverables.
- Create strategic monthly way forward plans for brands.
- Manage team and client s escalations.
- Pre-pitch market research and behavior insight exercises to assist the campaigns.
- Serve as the primary link between agency senior level client panel.
- Developing campaign management materials- briefs, pitches, media production estimates
- Co-ordination of creative deliverables and events with client vendors.
- Create pitch presentations in close consultation with the Account Director Planner.
- Presentation of new project proposals to key accounts.
YOU CAN BE A KINNECTOR IF YOU HAVE:
- 2.5-4.5 years experience (Agency background preferred).
- Sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on the company's success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good time-management skills, Team player,
- A proactive approach to creative projects.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to give clients trust in your work
