The role

As a Principal Architect based in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems. You'll lead the technical design and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native B2B SaaS applications, driving innovation and optimizing system architecture. If you have experience scaling systems in growth scenarios (1- 10 or 10- 100), you'll be an excellent fit for our team. You will be responsible for:

- Designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems

- Architecting backend using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

- Developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services

- Implementing microservices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Ensuring security, reliability, and scalability

- Mentoring junior developers and upholding coding standards

- Integrating with third-party SaaS applications

Ideal candidate

-You have a degree in Computer Engineering from a top-tier institute ( IITs/NITs) as well as have at least 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years at the Director level in a SaaS startup or scale-up.

-You have deep expertise in distributed architectures, microservices, and cloud-native systems.

-You possess hands-on experience with the MERN stack (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript) for large-scale applications.

-You have proven leadership in DevOps and CI/CD, with the ability to scale and optimize workflows.

-You have a strategic mindset and can dive into technical details when needed.

-You are a team player and effectively collaborate with global stakeholders
