The Job:
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer and manage incoming calls promptly while providing accurate information about our services.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level.
- Sales Process: Guide prospective customers through the sales journey by addressing queries and providing relevant solutions.
- Customer Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the CRM system for efficient follow-ups and sales tracking.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Persuasive and convincing communication style to drive sales conversions.
