CRM / Customer Relationship Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our real estate team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding property options, legal processes, and financial implications.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate site visits and guide clients through project details.
• Maintain an updated CRM database to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Stay informed about the real estate market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Odiya is preferred.
