Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

2. Design and Technical Oversight:

• Review engineering designs, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Provide input on design modifications to improve functionality, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.

3. Execution and Implementation:

• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise on-site activities and provide technical guidance to teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering or technical challenges.

4. Cost Management:

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Prepare cost estimates and assess project feasibility.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including design documents, test results, and progress reports.
• Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Address client requirements and resolve any project-related concerns.

7. Risk Assessment and Problem Solving:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement corrective actions to address any project deviations.
