Project Coordinator cum analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Organizing schedules: Coordinating schedules for projects.
• Managing project timelines: Tracking project progress and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time
• Coordinating project activities: Coordinating project resources, equipment, and information to ensure project goals are met
• Preparing budgets: Helping prepare budgets and managing project finances, including data management
• Communicating with team: 360 degree review, communicating with team members, and other stakeholders
• Providing updates: Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Maintaining documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
• Creating proposals: Creating or helping in proposals based on identified discrepancies from inspection reports
• Coordinating cross-functional teams: Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams
• Conducting market research: Conducting thorough market research

Coordinators should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and analytical skills.
