Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, and guiding clients through the process of property acquisition or sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels and build a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property site visits, explain features and benefits, and answer client queries.
• Negotiate and finalize property deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal/compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
