Job Description
- Sourcing & Procurement:
- Identify and select reliable suppliers and vendors for office furniture, fixtures, and interior design materials.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a network of suppliers for office furniture, flooring, lighting, and other interior components.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to determine material requirements and specifications.
- Monitor and ensure that procurement activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
- Budget & Cost Control:
- Develop and manage procurement budgets for office interior projects.
- Track spending and ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements in procurement operations.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for procurement.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Ensure all purchases meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in office interiors and procurement practices.
- Conduct market research to identify new products and suppliers for potential cost efficiencies or improvements.
