Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in AL programming language, Power Automate, RDL reporting, integration, Azure Functions, version merge/upgrade, and solution deployment. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment, with a focus on integration, automation, reporting, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.

2. Develop AL-based extensions for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

3. Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.

4. Create, modify, and optimize RDL reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for Dynamics 365.

5. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and applications using various integration methods (REST APIs, SOAP, etc.).

6. Develop Azure Functions to extend Dynamics 365 functionality and perform custom business logic.

7. Manage version merge and upgrade processes for Dynamics 365 solutions.

8. Ensure successful deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions.

10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed.

11. Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, best practices, and industry trends.

12. Document customizations, integrations, and deployment processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer or similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in AL programming language for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

4. Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration capabilities.

5. Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building workflows and automations.

6. Proficiency in designing and optimizing RDL reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

7. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, etc.

8. Familiarity with Azure Functions and the ability to develop custom business logic.

9. Experience managing version merge and upgrade processes for Dynamics 365 solutions.

10. Demonstrated expertise in deploying Dynamics 365 solutions across different environments.

11. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

12. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

14. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer) preferred.

15. Experience with Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps is a plus.
