Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Managed Service Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for you to grow your career! The successful candidate will deliver business solutions on Dynamics and the Power Platform for mid to enterprise-level organizations, across multiple sectors, gaining a valuable breadth of experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
• Participate in the planning, design, delivery, and support of Dynamics solutions, either through development or utilizing out-of-the-box Dynamics features.

Service Delivery:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Plan for upgrades and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Client Interaction:

• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to ensure clients can effectively use Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Offer expert advice and best practices to clients on how to leverage Dynamics 365 to achieve their business goals.
• Consult, develop, and support all aspects of product support, development, demonstrations, analysis, and implementation.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Dynamics 365 development.

Business Development:

• Contribute to the growth of our Microsoft capability by identifying new business opportunities and developing solutions that meet client needs.
