Responsibilities Duties:
1). Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet specific business requirements, including entity customization, form design, and view configuration.
2). Build and maintain solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI and Power Automate to enhance business processes and workflows.
3). Create and manage plugins, workflows, web resources and custom code to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365.
4). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the alignment of Dynamics 365 implementations with business goals.
5). Conduct thorough testing of customizations and configurations, and support deployment processes to ensure successful implementation.
6). Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes as needed.
7). Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and development processes.
8). Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to continuously improve solutions and processes.

8). Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
