I received good jump in my salary initially.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

...egrity but you will not get to see that in higher management, no transparency. No clear Salary hike policy - you will not get any annual salary hikes after couple of years, best part is they will tell you that until you keep asking for months. HR’s are also dependent on Portfolio Managers decisions - end of the day its all company profits. Worst Performance Review system - Absolutely No Numbers! Only based on some English explanations from your manager your quarterly ratings will be given you will be easily rated unfairly as there are No clear Metrics, KPI’s, Numbers or performance graphs which can be measurable and trusted. So Bottomline Management can decide till when they need your service and if they feel they have extracted enough from you they write anything in their quarterly reviews and rate you down, lower your confidence and demotivate you so you will eventually put down papers.
