Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer (Sales , Marketing & Customer Service )

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development
Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 applications using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Implementation and Deployment
Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Develop and deploy custom workflows, dashboards, and reports for enhanced CRM usability.
Maintenance and Optimization
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Optimize CRM applications for better performance and user experience.
Implement updates, patches, and new features in line with business requirements.
Technical Leadership
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.
Stay updated with the latest trends and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Client Interaction
Work directly with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and deliver technical training when required.
Maintain a high standard of communication to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service).
Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and plugins.
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory is a plus.

Development Skills:
Hands-on experience in REST APIs, OData, and SDKs.
Proficient in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.
Ability to create custom workflows, entities, and business process flows.

Project Experience:
At least 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Demonstrated experience in leading multiple full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 projects.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (a plus).
