Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer - PCF Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Development to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a deep understanding of PCF development, plugins, and automation processes.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
Develop custom PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls for Dynamics 365 applications.
Create, modify, and optimize plugins to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design effective solutions.
Ensure high-performance and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions by following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365, PCF components, and custom plugins.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and services.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, customizations, and development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) development.
Strong expertise in developing plugins for Dynamics 365 using C# and JavaScript.
Proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 using PowerApps and Power Automate.
Good knowledge of Canvas Apps and Power Automate Development (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other platforms and applications using APIs and Web Services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification(s).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
