Allshore Technologies - Power Platform Developer - MS Dynamics 365 (6-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform Developer with a passion for designing and implementing technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and associated technologies to drive impactful business results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the development manager to design and build custom applications or enhance core product offerings based on functional and technical specifications.

- Conduct unit testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Develop and implement solutions supporting business and technical requirements, mapping user needs effectively to Dynamics 365 technology.

- Lead development efforts for software enhancements, defect resolutions, and feature integrations within Dynamics 365.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users and ensure successful sign-offs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in core and custom applications.-

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software design best practices.

- Expertise in designing systems that integrate with .NET applications' APIs.

Proficiency in :

- .Net (C#) and JavaScript within the Dynamics 365 SDK.

- Working with ODATA, REST endpoints, Entity Model, and asynchronous programming.

- Advanced knowledge of Canvas and Model-Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS).

- Proficient in Microsoft .NET technologies including:

- .NET Framework

- Visual Studio

- Source Code Management Systems (e.g, , TFS)

- 2-3 years of experience in backend software design using SQL Server, including stored procedures and SSRS Reporting.

- Experience with FetchXML Reporting (preferred).

- Expertise in extending Dynamics 365 via SDK, Plug-ins, Microsoft Power Automate, and workflows.

- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Web Jobs (a plus).

- Functional knowledge of at least one D365 CE module, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Operations, or Field Services
