HSO - Senior Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with senior consultants to deliver complex D365 projects.

- Gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing D365 environments.

- Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, including X++, C#, and Power Platform.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of custom solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Proactively identify system optimization opportunities and implement best practices.

- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.

- Provide excellent customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and presentations.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for clients.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features and industry trends.

- Actively participate in training and development programs.

- Seek opportunities to learn new skills and technologies.

Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation

- Deep understanding of OOPS, Cloud, and Integration concepts

- Proficiency in Visual Studio, X++, C#, and other relevant technologies

- Experience with D365 extensions, data entities, OData, logic apps, LCS, and DevOps

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
