Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Human Resource Specialist with expertise in Technical Hiring, HR Operations, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in recruiting for niche technical roles such as Dynamics CRM, Full-Stack Developers, and Front-End Developers, as well as managing freshers' recruitment from campuses. You will also oversee core HR operations, including employee documentation, payroll, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Recruitment:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including Dynamics CRM Developers, Full-Stack Developers, Front-End Developers, and other IT positions.
o Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to define role requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
o Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms and methods such as job portals, networking, and referrals.
o Conduct campus hiring drives and freshers' recruitment programs in collaboration with colleges and universities.
o Ensure a seamless recruitment experience, from initial contact to final offer, while maintaining a positive employer brand.
2. HR Operations:
o Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, exit formalities, and maintenance of employee records and documentation.
o Manage and administer employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
o Monitor and handle employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
o Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Employee Engagement & Development:
o Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, driving engagement initiatives and employee development programs.
o Organize and conduct training sessions, induction programs, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and retention.
o Support performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
o Ensure all HR-related activities adhere to legal regulations and company policies.
o Maintain accurate employee documentation, contracts, and payroll records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Prepare and present regular HR reports on recruitment, employee turnover, payroll, and other metrics to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on technical hiring for IT roles such as Dynamics CRM, Full-Stack, and Front-End Developers.
Proven experience in campus recruitment and hiring freshers.
In-depth knowledge of HR operations, payroll management, and labor laws.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hiring for technical roles in the Dynamics CRM and Software Development domain.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
