Senior MS Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant/functional analyst with 8+ years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform who will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs.

1. Deep Product Knowledge:
o Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service.
o Knowledge of the platforms capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.
2. Industry Experience:
o Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and challenges.
Responsibilities
3. Requirement Gathering:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
o Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.
4. Solution Design:
o Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
o Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.
5. Configuration and Customization:
o Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs.
o Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required.
6. Integration:
o Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
o Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
7. Implementation:
o Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
8. Training and Support:
o Support in development of user manuals and training materials.
o Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
9. Documentation:
o Create detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations.
o Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing.
