Job Summary The primary objectives of this role are to cultivate robust relationships with both existing and prospective customers, drive sales by maximizing the utilization of our entire product range, identify new product opportunities through market research and customer interactions, and effectively promote and launch new products into the market.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Generation: Proactively identify sales opportunities, pursue leads, and achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling company products or services. Demand Plan Attainment: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained, balancing the need to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product or service offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities, utilizing findings to inform sales strategies and enhance product offerings. Territory Management: Manage assigned sales territory efficiently, including planning routes, scheduling appointments, and optimizing time and resources to maximize sales productivity. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, and provide regular reports and analysis to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate new products or promotions to customers,leveraging marketing materials and sales tools to increase awareness and drive sales. Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits through effective demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements, process improvements, and training needs,contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including pricing guidelines, sales protocols, and data confidentiality, to ensure legal and ethical business practices at all times.
Experience & Education Graduates / Masters from University preferred, preferably from hospitality background. Minimum 2 3 year out-door sales experience. Food industry with experience in Bakery Retail stand-alone and chain an advantage.
Functional Requirements Understanding of Distribution Channel Outgoing, Self-Discipline, Independent, collaborate and communicate professionally with different level of people. Willing to travel. Fluent in English & Local Communication
