Key Responsibilities:
Distributor Management
Appointment and management of Institutional and HORECA distributors.
Drive direct business with Modern Trade (MT), Institutions, and HORECA channels.
Sales Operations:
Ensure monthly billing, collection, and achievement of sales targets.
Expand and open new sales networks across MT, HORECA, and Institutional segments.
Retail & Channel Management:
Oversee product displays at Modern Trade outlets.
Conduct regular visits to modern retail stores to ensure proper execution.
Implement MT-specific sales schemes and promotions.
Data & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and management information systems (MIS).
Provide accurate sales forecasting and inventory management.
Monitor and report on competitor activities to inform strategies.
Travel & Client Engagement:
Undertake business travel to engage with clients and manage the assigned territory effectively.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.
Business Strategy & Execution:
Independently manage and grow the assigned territory.
Contribute to strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
Support CSD (Canteen Stores Department) business operations.
