Chartered Accountant (3-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chartered Accountant to join our finance team.

- The ideal candidate will work closely with the CFO on various financial tasks, including fundraising, costing, and financial analysis.

- A strong understanding of business finance, investor relations, and due diligence processes is essential.

- Experience with ERP systems and managing Management Information Systems (MIS) is also crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising:

- Assist the CFO in both primary and secondary fundraising activities.

Rocket Costing and Inventory Valuation:

- Perform detailed rocket costing and evaluate inventory to ensure precise financial reporting.

ERP Systems:

- Work on ERP configuration and optimization to enhance business operations and financial management.

Financial Analysis and Business Finance:

- Conduct financial analyses to support business decision-making and provide insights into company performance.

Management Information Systems (MIS):

- Oversee the preparation and management of Business, Operations, and Finance MIS reports.

Investor Due Diligence:

- Handle investor due diligence processes and ensure full financial transparency.

Investor Relations and Management:

- Manage relationships with investors, providing timely updates and financial reports.

Qualifications & Skills:.

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

Experience:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial management, analysis, and investor relations.

Skills:.

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business finance, and ERP systems.

- Proficiency in costing, valuation, and financial reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in dealing with investors.

- High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

- Experience working on fundraising activities and managing investor relations is plus.
