Branch Head - Physical Security Operations (8-10 yrs)

Job Title: Branch Head (Physical Security).

Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore.

Job Summary:

- Lead and manage the branch operations to ensure profitability, high-quality service, and safety.

- Oversee daily operations, client satisfaction, financial targets, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute branch strategy in line with Hub strategy.

- Manage profitability, revenue, and cost control.

- Oversee service delivery and ensure high client satisfaction.

- Supervise staff deployment, attendance, and performance.

- Conduct security audits and quality checks.

- Manage guard sourcing and recruitment.

- Monitor financial performance, including collections and pricing.

- Maintain branch accounts and submit timely reports.

- Implement corporate projects and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree.

- 8-10 years of experience (2-3 years in service industry with large operations).

- Experience managing P&L and large teams.

- Strong decision-making, dispute resolution, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage widespread field operations and work with labor unions.
