Manager - Investor Relations - Private Equity Fund - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/XLRI (1-7 yrs)

A top Private Equity fund is looking for an Investor Relations Manager.

CA (first attempt) 2017-23 or an MBA graduate (from premier institutes preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

- Fundraising: Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including preparing the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), managing the data room, and responding to investor due diligence requests. Possess a solid understanding of legal documentation (e.g., LPAs, Subscription Agreements).

- Investor Engagement: Develop and execute the investor engagement plan, building and maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international investors.

- Investor Communications: Prepare and coordinate regular and ad-hoc reports on the sector, company portfolio, Indian economy, and relevant news. Address investor queries and questionnaires, processing both quantitative and qualitative data.

- Fund Operations: Manage fund operations, including performance reporting (gross and net returns, actual and projected), scenario analysis, and value bridge analysis.

- Fund Administration: Oversee fund policies and processes, including KYC/AML procedures for new investors and portfolio companies, ensuring compliance.

- Portfolio Valuations: Collaborate with management, valuers, and auditors to finalize portfolio company valuations within deadlines.
