Senior UI/UX Designer - B2C Mobile (4-8 yrs)

Senior UI/UX Designer (B2C Mobile experience is mandatory).

Job Overview :

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering compelling, elegant, and sophisticated end-to-end user experience solutions across multiple products and platforms.

This role includes designing the overall functionality of products with a focus on user experience and iteratively refining designs to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Additionally, the role involves conducting user research, including interviews and surveys, and translating findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.

Job Description :

- Concept Development and Design Execution.

- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.

- Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups for digital products, in alignment with the brand identity.

- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

- Problem Solving and Decision Making.

- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to both core and new functions and features.

- Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.

Collaboration and Innovation :

- Work closely with a cross-functional and interdisciplinary team, including UX Designers, Developers, Project and Product Management, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, and Business Partners.

- Embrace calculated risks and advocate for innovative ideas.

Team Management & Succession Planning :

- Manage the Value-Added Services team and provide training and development opportunities.

- Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure succession planning (1:2 ratio).

Environment, Social & Governance :

- Oversee corporate governance within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organisational principles, policies, and regulations.

- Promote judicious use of natural resources and adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

- Drive the organisation's sustainability initiatives, working towards achieving established targets.

Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

Experience :

- 4+ years of overall experience, including at least 3+ years of working on a Business to Customer (B2C) UI/UX design. (Mobile experience mandatory).

- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for mobile and web platforms.

- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
