Calpine Group - Senior UX Designer - Figma (6-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, curious, and collaborative professional with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.

You will play a critical role in shaping the design and usability of our digital products, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research to high-fidelity UI design.

- Utilize Figma and other industry-standard tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI components.

- Incorporate user research findings into design iterations to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

- Apply Agile UX methodologies, Lean UX, and Agile design methods to improve design efficiency and effectiveness.

- Design digital products using a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach, ensuring rapid iteration and validation.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business and user goals.

- Have a foundational understanding of modern front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and React to work effectively with developers.

- Demonstrate a strong UX toolkit with an impressive portfolio showcasing successful projects.

- Take ownership of design initiatives and exhibit leadership in guiding UX best practices within the team.

Key Requirements :

- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in UX and UI design.

- Expertise in Figma and other design tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality design standards.

- Candidates with a shorter notice period will be preferred
