UI/UX Designer - Wireframing Tools (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

User Research and Analysis :

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.

- Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Design and Prototyping :

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing look and feel.

- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate design solutions.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design iterations.

User Experience Improvement :

- Identify and address usability issues, ensuring that designs are intuitive and user-friendly.

- Continuously evaluate and refine design solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Brand and Design Consistency :

- Ensure that designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.

- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to support design consistency and efficiency.

Market Trends and Best Practices :

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Apply new design trends and techniques to keep our digital products fresh and innovative.
