Position Overview:

The company seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Analyst/Associate for its Finance & Strategy team. Reporting directly to the Founding Team and Senior Management, this is a high-impact role demanding strategic thinking, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead critical initiatives such as stakeholder management, capital raising, investor relations, growth strategies, new product launches, and business planning. Representing the company at prominent domestic and international events, you will engage with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Drive key projects, including capital raising, investor relations, and evaluating new business opportunities.

- Business Analysis: Conduct detailed financial and performance analysis, including portfolio reviews, profitability assessments, and forecasting.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

- Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and global innovations to inform business decisions.

- M&A and Partnerships: Identify and execute opportunities for inorganic growth, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and deliver insightful communications to shareholders, board members, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

- KPI Development: Create and monitor key performance indicators to identify gaps, trends, and growth opportunities.

Who You Are:

- An ambitious professional with 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or corporate finance.

- A problem solver with strong quantitative and qualitative skills, coupled with an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

- Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation techniques.

- A team player with excellent communication skills and a track record of building relationships across diverse teams.

- Adaptable and intellectually curious, with a passion for innovation and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Eligibility:

- CA or graduate from a top-tier institute.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, business planning, or strategy roles.

- Willingness to relocate to New Delhi/Gurgaon/NCR if required.
