Job Description :
1. Dialer Management, IP-PBX & VoIP, SIP Trunk, Getway & Media configuration.
2. Expert in Asterisk installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
3. Knowledge of Isabel PBX and call center
4. Creating Inbound/outbound Campaign Service and Disposition & Disposition Plans.
5. Managing resources, channels, circuits, etc. using Gateway configuration.
6. Mapping and configurations on Aspect DID/TFN in Gateway.
7. Co-ordinate with ISP and dialer support vendor for any related issue.
8. The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) scope is to design an enterprise IVR to provide services to various processes.
9. Agent id creation, Modifications of agent's alignment.
10. Real time monitoring tools and reports.
11. PRI Installation and Configuration
12. Handling vendor and daily basis Telecom escalation, coordination with various service provider in case any PRI or circuit down at site
13. Experienced with Linux (LAMP) servers (Centos, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
14. PRI, VoIP, SIP Trunk, Getaways & DGM or Sangoma PRI Cards configuration.
15. IP-PBX configuration.
16. Good knowledge on the Networking, SIP trunk PRI/Gateways and VOIP gateways like Audio Code, IP Phones, Softphones.
17. Good experience on integration of dialer solutions with CTI/CRM and 3rd party APIs.
18. Predictive Dialer
19. Generate required reports from Data View operation requests.
20. Checkout Daily base Critical alert on Aspect and resolve.
21. Troubleshoot Dialer related Issues.
