Senior Executive - Finance

SLK Software Services Private Limited is looking for Senior Executive - Finance to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including financial planning and analysis, investment analysis, and risk management. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies. Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Oversee the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with business operations teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and develop and implement initiatives to improve financial performance. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making activities as a member of the senior management team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
