Senior Finance Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling overall Book keeping of the company, handling banking operations on a day to day basis. Responsible for accounting of transaction on day-to-day basis, updating required registers on a regular basis. Responsible for coordination of inward and outward of materials in Warehouse and HQ.
• Accounting:
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports.
• Maintaining Books of account of the entity on day to day basis
• Handling day to day banking transactions on a regular basis
• Preparation of TDS and GST returns on a regular basis
• Handling Vendors with respect to Ledger reconciliation, Balance confirmation from the vendors.
• Reconciliation of bank statements on a regular basis
• To Maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Decent working knowledge in MS office suite
• Understanding and Good Knowledge in Tally
