Job Description
- Handling the day-to-day accounting activities including Book
- Keeping.
- Verification and posting of all bills.
- Bank Reconciliation statement on daily/weekly basis.
- Preparation of cashflow report
- Responsible for Handling Forex inward and incoming payment
- entry.
- Responsible for Debtor ageing and Credit Control.
- Debtor reconciliation & Balance confirmations.
- Revenue Reconciliation with 26AS.
- Responsible for preparation of various details/ information for
- internal and external audits.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information,
- preparing balance sheet and other MIS reports.
Candidate Requirements
- B. Com/M. Com/CA drop out with 4-6 years of relevant work
- experience.
- Familiarity with automated accounting systems like SAP and
- TALLY.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and
- verbal).
