ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Project Leader . Who should be responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition. The candidate should have the drive innovation by leading R&D initiatives focused on developing new sensor technologies and improving existing solutions.

Specific Task

Drive innovation by leading R&D initiatives focused on developing new sensor technologies and improving existing solutions.
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of R&D projects focused on industrial sensors.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, risk assessment, resource allocation, and monitor the project budget and
manufacturing costs.
Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, external partners and technicians and product managers, to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to achieve project goals.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and presentations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sensor technology.

Additional Experience

Experience in project management within the R&D department, preferably in the sensor business.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and sensor business.
Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to
completion.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
