This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounts Executive at Acquafront Infrastructure,Noida. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting, invoicing, vendor management, financial planning, and accounting activities of the organization. The Finance and Accounts Executive will work in collaboration with the senior management and other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Relevant experience in Book Keeping
Excellent knowledge of Accounting principles and procedures.
Vendor & Bank reconciliation expertise.
Proficiency in handling indirect & direct taxation reconciliations.
Experience in GST and TDS compliance.
Experience with budget planning and management, financial analysis, & financial reporting
Prepare And Post Journal Entries
Handling Employee Reimbursements: Managing the process for employee reimbursement, ensuring adherence to policies and timely processing.
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing tax compliance is preferred
Experience in the manufacturing and construction industry is an advantage
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a relevant field
Reconciliation Skills:
Vendor & Bank reconciliation expertise.
Proficiency in handling indirect & direct taxation reconciliations.
Experience in GST and TDS compliance.
Financial Reporting & Closing:
Strong knowledge of closing processes and reporting.
Responsible for month-end closing activities.
ERP & Accounting Tools:
Hands-on experience with Tally or any other ERP tool.
Expense Management:
Handling employee reimbursement and purchase books.
