We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both human resources and administrative functions to support the smooth operation of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are supported, our administrative processes are efficient, and our workplace is conducive to productivity.
Responsibilities in Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
Address employee queries and concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Responsibilities in Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials for daily operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Maintain office facilities and equipment, and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, logistics, and catering arrangements.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as required.
Support the management team with general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling incoming calls.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR and administrative processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Prepare and update HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
Assist in payroll processing, including maintaining timesheets and leave records.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Proficient in using HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
