Team Lead / Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Executive/ Manager with over 2 years in corporate travel management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Galileo GDS and a robust understanding of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices. This role requires exceptional communication and analytical skills to enhance our travel management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize corporate travel programs, including booking, managing reservations, and reporting using Galileo GDS.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa regulations, and any relevant changes to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective travel solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Analyze travel data and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor team members on travel management standards and practices.
• Monitor and report on travel policies and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate travel management or a related field.
• Proficient in using Galileo GDS for travel bookings and reporting.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Corporate Travel Executive (CCTE) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA) are preferred.
• Strong understanding of travel management software and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
