Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager Ticketing Specialist (Domestic & International)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Domestic and International Ticketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with GDS tools (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Preferably, experience in hotel bookings and visa processing.

Responsibilities:

1. Issue tickets in accordance with client requirements.
2. Manage all transactions related to non-air services, including rail, visa, bus, and insurance.
3. Provide support for submission processes by ensuring all correspondence is sent and tracked.
4. Drive sales for PLB carrier services.
5. Upload all necessary supporting documents into the system.
6. Ensure there is no pending billing or payment.
7. Handle personal bookings for clients and ensure same-day collection of payments.
8. Coordinate with customers to manage day-to-day bookings.
9. Achieve revenue and transaction targets set by the business.
10. Negotiate and coordinate with hotels and suppliers for booking arrangements.
11. Handle sub-activities related to transactions, including invoicing, hotel invoice collection, and reconciliation.
